Abstract:
A search for new physics in the form of a top quark chromo-magnetic anomalous coupling is performed using a previous measurement of the differential tˉt cross section as a function of the difference in azimuthal angle between the two charged leptons, |Δϕℓℓ|, in the dilepton decay mode. The measured value of Re(ˆμt) is 0.037 ± 0.041 and no sign of new physics is observed.Limits on the real part of the chromomagnetic dipole moment Re(ˆμt) are determined at 95% Confidence Level as -0.043 <Re(ˆμt)< 0.117.
