Nuclear modification factor of prompt D0 in PbPb collisions at sNN= 2.76 TeV
Abstract: Measurements of the production cross section of prompt D0 and its antiparticle in PbPb collisions at sNN= 2.76 TeV are presented. The nuclear modification factor of prompt D0 is measured as functions of both transverse momentum and collision centrality. The nuclear modification factor shows that prompt D0 production is suppressed in semi-central to central PbPb collisions at sNN= 2.76 TeV.
