| Abstract: A search for lepton flavor violation in Z boson decays to one electron and one muon is performed. The data sample of proton-proton collisions at √s= 8 TeV collected by the CMS detector corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 19.7 fb−1. An observed (expected) limit on the branching fraction of B(Z→eμ)< 7.3 10−7 (6.7 10−7) at 95% CL is obtained. | ||
